"Worst Insurance Company Ever!!! State Farm is NOT a good neighbor!!! I called because I had a small glass crack the size of a quarter. I was told someone would contact me in 2 business days. No one contacted me. I called back a week later still no resolution. The weather got cold and then the crack got bigger. When I call the agent I was directed to a 3rd party. When I called safelight I was blown off. When I called back I was bounced around. I will NEVER use State Farm again!!!!! The customer service SUCKS. And it’s expensive for what?????"
